BWRT® is entirely safe, as the client is conscious the entire time, there is no hands on work, no probing into traumas, you can choose the extent to which you share.
The client is completely in charge of how they choose to feel moving forward, leaving behind, for all time, the initial emotional response to their problem.
Although BWRT® includes the word “therapy” in its name, it is important to understand that BWRT® is a technique, not a form of psychotherapy.
BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) is a structured, guided process designed to help the brain respond differently to specific emotional or stress-based triggers. It does not involve diagnosing mental health conditions, analysing past experiences, or providing psychological treatment.
BWRT® can be used safely as a stand-alone technique or as part of a broader personal development or wellbeing programme. It focuses on present-moment responses and supports the nervous system in creating new, healthier patterns.
Clients remain fully aware and in control throughout the process, and the work is client-led, consent-based, and non-invasive.
